It is part of our Cistercian tradition for each monastery to engage in manual labor to earn its own living.  Since 1978 we have been supporting ourselves here in Arizona through the baking of 100% whole wheat altar breads.

We provide altar breads for over 300 parishes around the country.  As a regular customer  you will be helping to support our contemplative way of life.  We will be united to you in a tangible way in the celebration of the Eucharist.
